D.C Property Finance specialises in all forms of property development finance, while our key partners cater for everything else! We work with our select partners to assist you with personal finance, business/ asset finance and insurance.
Bridging Finance
From £50,000 - £20,000,000
We provide quick funding with loan terms ranging from 1 to 24 months. Typically, there are no monthly payments and LTV's up to 85%.
We can also fund 100% of build costs.
Development Finance
From £500,000 - £300,000,000
We are able to fund up to 90% of the total cost of your development, all under one loan. We offer term lengths up to 36 months and cater for both the new and seasoned developer.
Mezzanine Finance
From £250,000 - £10,000,000
When senior debt doesn't provide enough towards the purchase of the site, mezzanine finance is there to provide you with a top. The loan is secured via a second charge on the site and we are experienced in pairing mezzanine finance lenders with development finance lenders.
Equity Funding
From £250,000 - £5,000,000
We work with a wide range of equity funders differing from small family offices to asset management groups. We are able to fund up to 100% of the cost of developments however, profit and experience expectations are higher.
Investment Mortgages
From £250,000 - £20,000,000
We've invested in cutting edge sourcing systems ensuring we are able to offer the most competitive and up to date rates to our clients constantly. We cover buy to let, commercial and trading business mortgages with access to the whole of the market.
